Game Co-Development and Technical Screening for Publishers

Who It Is For
Publishers who want engineering help or Vietnamese titles, and who do not want to manage several studios and contracts from abroad. Nexora combines a dedicated game team with the web, mobile, backend and cloud engineers who deliver its wider software projects. It also keeps working relationships with Vietnamese PC and mobile game studios.

What Nexora Brings to a Game Project
The service areas follow the lifecycle of a game, from the first playable build to live operation. Nexora covers the engineering around the game as well as the game itself, which is where publishers often run short of capacity.
- Game development: gameplay systems, UI, content integration and performance optimisation
- Online services: accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards, live-ops tools and analytics backends
- Build and QA: automated builds, regression testing and crash reporting
- Localisation readiness: text pipelines, Japanese fonts and line breaking, UI that adapts to text length
- Technical review: codebase and build audit, plus a view on localisation and porting readiness

Three Ways to Work Together
Co-development adds engineers to the publisher’s own project for new features, content updates, optimisation and online services. Title sourcing finds Vietnamese PC and console games that fit the publisher’s line-up and screens each one before any studio meeting. Technical due diligence reviews a build before signing, looking at stability, Japanese localisation effort and readiness for porting.
From NDA to Delivery
Every engagement follows four steps. First comes a mutual NDA, signed before any studio or title names are shared. The publisher then shares genres, platforms and timing in a brief, and Nexora confirms the scope. Next Nexora sends a shortlist with a one-page profile per title or a development proposal with team and timeline. Contracts follow, and Nexora coordinates the studio and the technical work.

Technical Assessment Before Introductions
Each shortlisted title arrives with Nexora’s technical assessment of its build, so the publisher sees engineering risk before the first call with a studio. The same screening logic drives the due diligence service: look at the build, judge stability, and flag what localisation or porting would involve before money is committed.
One Contract, One Point of Contact
The model removes a coordination layer for the publisher. One contract and one named contact in Vietnam cover the path from first shortlist to delivery. Nexora handles studio communication and technical checks, and uses the same engineering team that delivers its other software work.
